What it’s about

Your customers have changed. Has your sales team?

Traditional consumers, digital immigrants, digital natives: the core model of the keynote, here at the Logitech × Microsoft Business Day in Frankfurt.
01

Three generations of customers at once

Traditional consumers, digital immigrants and digital natives don’t just buy at different speeds — they buy in fundamentally different ways. Companies have to reach all three and know where the majority is heading.

02

The customer asks the AI first

Customers and buyers now research up front with ChatGPT & Co. — and arrive far better prepared. Anyone who doesn’t appear in the AI’s answers drops out of the shortlist.

03

Convenience sets the standard

Expectations are shaped wherever buying is easiest. What platforms deliver in private life, customers will soon expect in B2B too — from the quote to service and delivery.

04

The dream team of people and AI

AI takes over research, draft quotes and service routines. The difference is still made by advice, trust and relationships — and by employees who know how to lead AI well.

Frequently asked questions

What organisers want to know before booking

Which industries is the keynote suitable for?

For anyone who wants to win and keep customers — manufacturers, retail, IT and software providers, banks, insurers and associations. It has been held for system integrators, in kitchen and furniture retail, in construction, for savings banks and for insurers, among others.

Is it about B2C or B2B?

Both. The starting point is consumer behaviour; the keynote then shows how the same expectations arrive in B2B with a delay — among buyers, specialist dealers and business customers.

How much artificial intelligence is in the keynote?

A lot, but from the customer’s point of view: how customers use AI assistants to research up front, what that means for being found (generative engine optimisation) and where AI already works alongside marketing, sales and service today — with live demos.

Can the keynote be combined with a dialogue or a poll?

Yes. At the Enreach Partner Conference, for example, it was followed by an on-stage dialogue with the head of sales, and two audience polls were evaluated live. Q&A sessions, panels or a follow-up workshop are also possible.

Is the keynote available in English?

Yes. Prof. Stummeyer gives this keynote in German or English — for example “The AI-Enabled Customer Journey” at the Insurance Innovation Night in Munich. Usual length is 40 to 60 minutes, often followed by Q&A.
